Mark D. Donovan joined the firm as an Associate in 2012.  His practice includes all areas of civil litigation and criminal defense.  Prior to joining Considine & Furey, LLP, Mark worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office.  Mark was the lead prosecuting attorney for over 90 bench and jury trials.  As the Supervising Assistant District Attorney, Mark oversaw the prosecution of more than 4,000 new criminal cases per year in the Attleboro District Court.  Mark earned his Bachelor’s Degree at The Catholic University of America in 1992 and a Master’s in Business Administration from Northeastern University in 2001.  He graduated cum laude from New England Law | Boston in 2008.
